Your task area: creation, management, and maintenance of user accounts including rights management
first point of contact for colleagues with hardware and software problems
Analyze technical errors and forward complex cases to the Second-Level-Support or external service providers
Installation, configuration, and regular maintenance of PCs, notebooks, and peripheral devices
Collaboration with external partners and IT service providers to ensure a reliable IT infrastructure

Installation, updating, and support of software packages and operating systems
You bring: successfully completed education or comprehensive professional background in the IT sector, e.g. as a computer scientist (m/w/d) or comparable qualifications
more than 3-5 years of work experience in the above-mentioned area
very good German and English skills in writing and speaking, necessary since the programming language is in German and English

proficient handling of MS Office program, especially Excel and Access
fundamental knowledge of SQL databases, experience with Sage 100 an advantage
good operating system knowledge (Windows) and extended knowledge in the area of hardware, installation, and commissioning of IT devices; basic knowledge in the areas of AD, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, Office 365, Veeam, and network technology desirable
taking responsibility, initiative, and teamwork skills
