In this role, you are the competent first point of contact for our customers – and contribute significantly to ensuring that our customers feel understood, picked up, and well cared for.

Aufgaben

This is what awaits you with us:

As part of our Support Team, you are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure fast, structured, and solution-oriented support:

• You process support requests via our ticket system, by email and phone.
• You analyze and classify incoming issues carefully and prioritize them structuredly.
• You test inquiries in customer and test systems to identify causes specifically.
• You resolve standard and application questions about our SaaS solution independently and competently.
• You work closely with the 2nd or 3rd level support team.
• You contribute to the creation and further development of our helpdesk articles and documentation.

Qualifikation

Your background, which sets you apart:

• You enjoy direct contact with customers and communicate clearly and empathetically.
• You work structuredly, solution-oriented, and keep a cool head even when dealing with multiple requests.
• You bring technical basic understanding and interest in SaaS solutions.
• Ideal would be experience in IT or software support.
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills.
• Experience with HubSpot is an advantage.
• You enjoy working in an agile environment and support the team as needed, even on holidays.
• Reliability, teamwork, and sense of responsibility characterize you.
• Experience in HR software, time management or payroll is a plus – but not a must.
