Tasks

As a new team member (m/w/d), you will strengthen our daughter company QSR TECH GmbH's Gastro-Service Desk/Help-Desk. In your role, you will be an all-rounder and an important link in the company. You and your future colleagues will be available to customers via phone and email and take care of IT issues from the areas of network, server, client, hardware, and software for system gastronomy customers. Hereby, you will not only document and select support requests but also as a team member, deal with various problems and IT topics from daily business yourself. As a generalist, you will gain a deep insight into various fields, which offers you again good development opportunities within the company.

Qualification

• Completed training in IT, e.g., as a system integration specialist, or equivalent work experience in the field, including lateral entrants
• Good knowledge of network and server environments
• High service-oriented mindset and interest in the job
• Self-reliant working style and open communication
• Languages: German and English in writing and speaking
