As a First Contact Agent / Mitarbeiter:in im Terminmanagement (w/m/d), you will be responsible for managing appointments and meetings, as well as providing excellent customer service. Your tasks will include scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and ensuring that all necessary information is available to the relevant parties. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of appointments and meetings. In addition, you will provide support to our colleagues in other departments by answering their questions and helping them with their tasks.
