Firmware Engineer

Lead FW/SW Validation Exp: 8 yrs Location: Bangalore Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Firmware Developer to join our Systems and Solutions team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing firmware solutions that are integral to our cutting-edge semiconductor products. As a Firmware Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware design engineers, architects and software developers, to ensure that our firmware meets performance and functionality requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Designing, developing, testing, and validating firmware solutions for various semiconductor products. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize firmware development projects. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for firmware solutions. • Troubleshooting and resolving firmware-related issues in collaboration with other teams. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. • At least 8 years of experience in firmware development, preferably in the semiconductor industry. • Strong understanding of microcontrollers, embedded systems, and programming languages such as C, C++, and Python. • Experience with firmware development tools and methodologies, including version control systems like Git. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
