Corporate Customer Advisor (m/f/d) with a Focus on Micro and SME Loans - Part-Time

The position is limited to 2 years and is to be filled starting 01.01.2027.

• From acquisition to processing – as a corporate customer advisor (m/f/d), you know how important trusting relationships are. Accordingly, you reliably support our clients and cooperation partners in financing programs for start-ups and consolidations of SMEs (SME loans and microloans).
• Specifically, you review incoming loan requests, prepare corresponding applications, and independently make well-founded decisions for the micro and SME loan business.
• Of course, you also help to further develop the SME loan and microloan products.
• Furthermore, we value your good ideas – therefore, you will also take on special tasks or support projects with which we make our bank future-proof.

• You have completed a banking apprenticeship, ideally with further training, or alternatively a degree with a relevant banking or financial background.
• Practical experience in corporate customer lending is a prerequisite.
• You also bring sound business management know-how (preferably also in public funding) and experience in assessing the economic conditions of commercial customers.
• You are an open, energetic, and likeable person who is as strong in communication as they are confident in appearance, enjoys working independently, and values being part of a competent team that promotes sustainable projects throughout Schleswig-Holstein and beyond.
