About the Role We’re experiencing strong regional growth and are seeking an experienced Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career with our Service team. As Fire Team Leader - Service, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of technicians and engineers who deliver exceptional service to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that values innovation, collaboration and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of 5-7 technicians and engineers to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction targets. • Develop and implement effective strategies for team performance improvement, including training and development programs. • Foster a culture of safety, quality and respect within the team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize service requests, and develop solutions that meet customer needs. • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and delivering exceptional service experiences. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and new technologies to continuously improve team performance and customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration) or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the building services or facilities management industry. • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction targets. • Strong understanding of service delivery processes, including planning, execution and follow-up. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
