Fire & Security Engineer

Fire & Security Engineer - South East London Alarm Communications Limited are a leading team of fire protection, commercial security and building management systems specialists, with our Head Office located in Surrey. Our client base is predominantly built of prestigious buildings and landmarks, such as high-end hotels, stadia and education establishments in and around Greater London. We are currently looking to appoint a new Fire & Security Engineer, specifically covering the South East London area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients' fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, access control systems and other security-related equipment. This role will involve working closely with our existing team of engineers, as well as liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met. Key responsibilities will include: • Conducting site visits to inspect and maintain fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, access control systems and other security-related equipment; • Providing technical support and maintenance services to clients' fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, access control systems and other security-related equipment; • Identifying and reporting any defects or issues with the equipment; • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients; • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in fire protection and commercial security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, access control systems and other security-related equipment, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Fire Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering would be advantageous.
