Are you an experienced Electronics Technician looking for a new challenge? We seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Technician to join our team in Dunedin, NZ. About the Role: As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm and sprinkler systems across various commercial and residential properties. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their fire safety systems are functioning efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm and sprinkler systems; • Conduct regular inspections of fire alarm and sprinkler systems to ensure they are functioning correctly; • Identify and rectify any faults or issues with the fire alarm and sprinkler systems; • Provide excellent customer service to our clients; • Work closely with other team members to achieve project goals; • Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Requirements: • 3+ years' experience as an Electronics Technician; • Strong understanding of fire alarm and sprinkler systems; • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces; • Physical stamina to lift and move equipment; • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; • Valid driver's license (if applicable); • Certifications in Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems (desirable).
