In view of a new opening in a high-end hospitality context, we are looking for a Florist, a figure that combines floral and manual skills with a strong aesthetic sense and customer sales capabilities, ensuring a refined and consistent purchasing experience aligned with the brand's values. Main responsibilities: Creation of floral compositions: hand-made bouquets, centerpieces, decorations on wet foam (wet foam), realized with attention to chromatic harmony, freshness of the materials used, and overall visual impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of color, texture, and composition, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; - 2-3 years of experience in floristry; - Ability to lift up to 50 kg (110 lbs); - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
