FinOps Service Manager

In this role, you will ensure that the organization utilizes the potential of the cloud in a cost-effective and operationally efficient manner. On a daily basis, you will: Analyze Microsoft Azure environment costs and identify optimization opportunities. Build and develop FinOps practices, including reporting, budgets, forecasts, cost allocation, and performance measurement. Prepare optimization recommendations and coordinate their implementation with service owners and technical teams. Conduct regular cost reviews with business, finance, and technology. Manage the backlog of optimization initiatives and monitor achieved results. Support the development of tagging, budgeting, reporting, and cost assignment standards. Analyze the usage of mechanisms such as Azure Reservations, Savings Plans, or Azure Hybrid Benefit. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and cloud service quality parameters. Conduct service reviews and agree on corrective actions with suppliers and stakeholders. Create dashboards, reports, and materials supporting decision-making. Requirements You have experience in cloud service cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and identifying optimization areas. You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Azure environment, particularly Azure Cost Management & Billing, cost governance, and cost optimization mechanisms. You understand the dependencies between cloud architecture, resource utilization, and generated costs. You can analyze data, prepare reports and dashboards, and translate analysis results into business recommendations. You are familiar with issues related to KPIs, SLAs, service quality, and cooperation with suppliers and business stakeholders. You collaborate smoothly with technical teams, finance, and service owners, building data-driven solutions.
