TEN Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded Tier 2 commercial builder to appoint a Finishing Supervisor for a landmark $100M development south of the river. This permanent role will see you take ownership of both internal and external finishing works on a high-end, architecturally designed project. With strong leadership, robust systems, and a culture of collaboration, this is an opportunity to deliver a career-defining build while enjoying long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors across all scopes.
Oversee sequencing, inspections, and defect management to meet strict deadlines.
Uphold premium quality standards and architectural detailing.
Work closely with project teams, consultants, and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure strict WHS compliance and seamless project delivery.

About You

Proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor or Site Supervisor on large-scale builds.
Strong technical knowledge of high-end finishes and quality assurance processes.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and solutions-driven.
Ability to manage deadlines while maintaining exceptional workmanship.
WA construction experience (SOR preferred) and full Australian working rights.
