Finishing Shift Supervisor - Durban

RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a motivated Finishing Shift Supervisor to join our client’s dynamic team in Mobeni, Durban. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to oversee finishing operations, ensuring product quality, team performance, and on-time delivery targets are consistently met. • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the finishing shift team
• Ensure all finishing processes are completed accurately and meet quality standards
• Monitor workflow and make adjustments to meet production deadlines
• Conduct shift handovers and ensure clear communication between teams
• Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high performance levels
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce safe working practices
• Complete shift reports, maintain records, and report on performance metrics
• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics departments to streamline operations

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
• A relevant technical or production-related qualification will be advantageous
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing/finishing environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment
