We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finished Goods Planner to join our dynamic team. As a Finished Goods Planner, you will play a crucial role in managing the inventory of finished goods, ensuring the availability of products to meet customer demand, and optimizing the supply chain. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain finished goods inventory plans based on demand forecasts, sales orders, and production schedules. * Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess inventory. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics, to align plans and resolve issues. * Analyze data and prepare reports on inventory performance, including fill rates, obsolescence, and inventory turns. * Manage and optimize safety stock levels to balance service levels and inventory costs. * Work with the purchasing team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. * Participate in the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. * Continuously improve planning processes and tools. * Support the implementation of new planning systems and processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Finished Goods Planner or similar role. * Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience in the renewable energy or electronics industry is a plus. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work in a fast-growing and innovative industry. * Be part of a company that is making a positive impact on the environment. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Make a difference and contribute to a sustainable future.
