Tasks

• Market Development & Acquisition: You start proactively in customer acquisition and lay the foundation for your business through targeted appointments.
• Individual Consulting: You accompany customers in financial decision-making and develop concepts for securing and building wealth.
• Team Building: You support timely recruitment and take responsibility for onboarding new team members.
• Mentoring & Leadership: As a role model, you lead and motivate your team professionally to achieve common growth goals.
• Business Scaling: You optimize processes and steer your own digital location profitably towards success.
