Our focus lies on the care of investors who decide on foreign-used real estate. Through our comprehensive bank network of over 600 institutions nationwide and close relationships with fixed cooperation partners, we offer our customers a broad palette of financing options. Our expertise and personal service enable us to develop tailored solutions that meet the individual needs of our customers.

Tasks

  • Counseling and support for our customers in selecting suitable
    financing options
  • Preliminary preparation of documents for customers and banks
  • Effective organization of appointments and comprehensive processing of customer inquiries
  • Closely working with banks and other financial institutions
  • Preliminary processing of data for internal further processing

Job Requirements

Qualification

  • Completed education in the field of finance, banking or comparable qualification
  • Experience in real estate financing, financial product sales or similar fields
  • Nice to Have: §34I
  • Own initiative, engagement and team spirit
  • Structured working and problem-solving mentality
  • Outstanding communication skills & good English
