We Are Looking For

To strengthen our team in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a motivated and engaged

Financial Controller (m/w/d)

Tasks

  • You will be responsible for the operational and strategic financial controlling of the company.
  • You will work on creating monthly, quarterly, and annual statements as well as budget and forecast plans.
  • You will implement a regular management report at the corporate and project levels.
  • You are responsible for analyzing financial key figures and drawing conclusions for recommendations for the management team. You will act as a sparring partner in strategic decisions and investment and financing decisions.
  • You will optimize financial processes and reporting standards.
  • You will also support the review and design of accounting processes.
  • A trusting cooperation with internal accounting and external tax consulting is self-evident for you.
  • You will act as an additional contact person for project leaders on topics such as calculation and performance calculation.

Qualification

  • Completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling or comparable vocational training.
  • Multiple years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in a medium-sized company or a company with long-term project transactions.
  • Fundamental knowledge of accounting (HGB/IFRS) and key figure analysis.
  • Ideal experience with Datev and Abacus.
  • Openness to digitalization and chance management.
  • Analytical thinking, high numerical affinity, and structured working style.
  • Outstanding communication and team skills.
