Financial Accountant / Tax Clerk (m/w/d) - WUR-Zentrale Steinhagen

We are looking for a Financial Accountant / Tax Clerk to join our team at our central office in Steinhagen.

Work location: Bahnhofstraße 14, 33803 Steinhagen

Salary range: 17 – 25 €/h

Tasks

• Processing of payment transactions and processing and recording of accounting entries
• Creditor and debtor accounting as well as incoming invoices
  enter, count & book and account for outgoing invoices
• Accounting and continuous ledger maintenance
• Monitoring and analysis of outstanding claims
• Booking of provisions and account settlements
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements as well as VAT declarations, reports and statistics

Qualification

• Mandatory completed vocational training as a tax clerk (m/w/d) or accountant (m/w/d)
• Sovereign handling of MS Office
• Software knowledge in the SAP and travelbasys areas is desirable
• Experience in the field of tourist accounting is ideal
• A very reliable, structured and solution-oriented working style
