Financial Accounting & Controlling (m/w/d)

The Innovative Energy for Pullach GmbH (IEP) is the municipal energy company of the municipality of Pullach im Isartal. Since 2004, we have been operating with deep geothermal energy the municipal district heating network.

Tasks

• Evaluation, verification, and approval of invoices and orders in DocuWare
• Coordination with internal departments and external partners and customers for liquidity planning
• Performance of ongoing financial accounting (creditors, debtors)
• Preparation of quarterly reports and annual statements
• Active participation in the development of internal financial and digitalization processes
• Preparation of customer contracts and invoices
• Maintenance and evaluation of data in SAP

Qualification

• Degree in business administration or economics or completed vocational training

• At least three years of professional experience in accounting and/or controlling

• Very good IT skills (MS Excel), knowledge of SAP ISU is an asset

• Experience with the system DocuWare and Datev is required

• Independent, structured, and responsible working style

• C1 level German language skills
