Financial Accountant (m/w/d)

We are looking to strengthen our accounting department by hiring a financial accountant (m/w/d) for our 3-person accounting team.

The position is an unlimited part-time contract (30 hours per week).

RBX GmbH designs various products in the cultural and cultural economic sector and implements them. Our product portfolio includes, among other things, the Reeperbahn Festival, which has grown from Hamburg's club and music culture to become one of the largest industry gatherings for the music industry worldwide, as well as the Gender Equality Initiative Keychange or the video format Reeperbahn Festival Collide.

RBX GmbH is supported by the Federal Commissioner for Culture and Media.

Tasks

• Verify, count, and book incoming and outgoing invoices
• Settlement of company credit cards
• Processing of payment transactions and bank statements
• Monitoring open items
• General accounting tasks
• Digital documentation and archiving of the evidence

Qualification

Fachlich

• A training certificate as a tax clerk, financial accountant or equivalent commercial qualification.
• Professional experience of at least 3-5 years in a finance department
• Possession of tools such as DATEV and/or Lexware is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of the MS Office environment
