We are looking for an

Accountant (m/f/d)

at our Schönefeld location near Berlin as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

• Processing and monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Verification, booking, and tracking of incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Monitoring and recording of costs related to maintenance, repairs, spare parts, and labor.
• Ensuring timely invoice processing and payment execution.
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies as well as legal and tax regulations.
• Participation in internal and external audits.
• Maintenance and documentation of financial data, as well as preparation of analyses and reports for management.

Your Profile:

• Completed university degree in accounting, finance, or a comparable field, or a comparable completed vocational training.
• At least 1-3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Excel and IT affinity are desirable.
• Initial experience with common accounting software is an advantage (e.g., MS Dynamics).
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking skills, and strong organizational abilities.
