We're rebuilding our finance department from scratch. So far, we've been relying heavily on the company's management and our tax consultant. That doesn't scale anymore. You'll be part of a team that will be freshly built over the next 12 months.

Aufgaben

You'll take over parts of the ongoing bookkeeping with a clear head – and build what we need for the future at the same time.

• Accounting and verification in DATEV, accounts receivable and payable accounting, account reconciliation
• Payment processing operationally: SEPA and international transfers via EBICS
• Reminder and debt management independently
• Support for preparing monthly and annual financial statements in close coordination with our tax consultant
• Verification of sales tax advance notification and BWA – you'll recognize if something's not right
• Building simple reporting structures: Soll-Ist comparisons, cash forecasts, evaluations for management
• Mitigating at the digitalization and automation of our financial processes

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent training as a tax consultant, accountant, or similar
• Multiple years of experience in accounting – preferably from a law firm with client responsibility or in-house at a mid-sized company
• Safety in DATEV (Company Online and Accounting)
• Clean HGB knowledge, routine in payment processing
• Experience with ERP systems – Microsoft Business Central is familiar to us, NAV/Navision or others are also fine
• Excel on a solid level (Pivot, SVERWEIS)
• An analytical mind, structured working style, and the ability to set priorities in a build-up phase
• A passion for responsibility. A passion for co-creation. And no fear of open questions.
