Therefore, we are looking for an engaged Accountant | Accounting Clerk (m/w/d) who will strengthen our small, highly motivated team with structure, expertise, and genuine passion for clean numbers.

We are looking for a reliable reinforcement on a full-time basis (min. 32 hours/week) for our accounting department.

Tasks

• independent processing of ongoing business transactions — debtors, creditors, accounts receivable and payable
• processing of fixed asset accounting
• support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB together with the tax office
• support in preparing value-added tax returns
• preparation and execution of payment runs and bank transactions
• active participation in the further development of digital accounting and automation processes

Qualification

• several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a corporate context
• secure handling of DATEV (Mittelstand Faktura or Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen)
• good MS-365 knowledge, particularly Excel
• independent, structured working style and joy in modern processes
