That's why we're looking for a dedicated Financial Accountant (m/w/d) to join our small, highly motivated team and strengthen our financial reporting with structure, expertise, and genuine passion for clean numbers.

We're looking for a reliable part-time reinforcement (25-32 hours/week) for our financial accounting department.

Tasks

• Recording ongoing business transactions — debtors, creditors, and asset accounts
• Collaboration in fixed asset accounting
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings according to HGB and VAT pre-notification
• Preliminary preparation and execution of payment runs and bank reconciliations
• Active participation in the development of digital accounting and automation processes

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in a corporate context
• Familiarity with DATEV (Mittelstand Faktura or Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen)
• Good MS-365 knowledge, particularly Excel
• Self-motivated, structured work style and enthusiasm for modern processes

• 36,000–48,000 € per year (full-time equivalent), pro-rated for part-time — dependent on qualifications and experience
