Job description
Your Tasks
We are strengthening the Financial Accounting department at our location in Dortmund and are looking for a Financial Accountant*in as a Key User for NEVARIS-Finance. In this role, you will not only be an internal specialist for the accounting system but also bridge the gap to our central IT department and support workflow optimization. You can share your knowledge with colleagues during training and onboarding.
- Conducting ongoing accounting (creditors/debtors) in the NEVARIS Finance system
- Processing payments and participating in monthly closings
- Training colleagues in the accounting system, interface function to the IT department, and creating EDV guidelines for financial accounting in collaboration with process management
Your Profile
- Vocational training in commerce (e.g. industrial clerks, tax office employees, office clerks)
- Relevant work experience in current account bookkeeping, preferably from the construction industry
- System knowledge of NEVARIS and ideally Amagno DMS
- Structured working style, team orientation, attention to detail, and high IT affinity
