Accountant (m/f/d) - Memmingen

For our renowned client from the construction and infrastructure industry, we are looking for an Accountant (m/f/d) for the Memmingen location as soon as possible.

Our client is an established and economically successful company with many years of experience in its industry. An engaged and reliable personality is sought for the commercial team who wants to contribute and further develop their knowledge in financial accounting.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting
• Checking, coding, and posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Reconciliation and maintenance of general ledger, customer, and supplier accounts
• Processing of payment transactions and monitoring of open items
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Creation and preparation of accounting evaluations
• Clarification and processing of discrepancies and open booking transactions
• Maintenance of master data and relevant accounting documents
• Cooperation with internal departments and external business partners

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in financial accounting
• Professional experience in financial accounting is desirable
• Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with an ERP or accounting system
• Strong understanding of numbers and a meticulous work approach
• Independent, structured, and conscientious work approach
• Teamwork skills, reliability, and sense of responsibility
