Financial Accountant (m/w/d)

An established corporate finance consulting firm with locations in Düsseldorf and Nürnberg is looking for a financial accountant. The focus of the activity lies on German SMEs.

In addition to classic management consulting, restructuring, and insolvency projects, the company accompanies its clients in transactions, financing, and succession planning. Discreet, reliable, and partnership-based cooperation is at the forefront.

Tasks

• Independent conduct of ongoing financial accounting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements according to HGB
• Coordination of accounts and clarification of differences
• Processing of payment transactions and monitoring of deadlines
• Support in tax-related questions in collaboration with external partners
• Preparation of evaluations and reports for the management team
• Optimization and further development of accounting processes

Qualification

• Completed commercial training with further education as a financial accountant (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in the consulting environment
• Good knowledge of HGB and tax law
• Safe handling of common accounting software solutions and MS Office
• Structured, precise, and self-responsible working style
• Discretion and reliability
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
