Tasks

This is what you can expect from us

• Accounting and booking of incoming invoices, cash and bank statements under consideration of clients, given account frameworks, cost center accounting, and the income statement book
• Monthly account reconciliation, assistance in preparing monthly closing accounts and rough balance sheet
• Booking of shop/Vitrine rents and coordination with clients
• Pursuing reminders, billing of advance sales outlets
• Regulation of automatic and manual payment transactions
• Preparation and regulation of travel agency commissions

Qualification

• Fundamental financial education and training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in this field, preferably in the luxury hotel industry
• Up-to-date knowledge in the mentioned subject and legal areas
• Safe computer skills within financial accounting and MS-Office
• Teamwork ability, independent and thorough work style
