Tasks

• Booking ongoing business transactions (properly, not by ghostly hand)
• Preliminary preparation and processing of creditor payments
• Synchronization of debtor accounts
• Responsibility for the reminder process – friendly but firm
• Invoicing in financial and technical real estate management
• Intercompany settlements
• Internal procurement / purchasing of office supplies

Qualification

• Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on financial accounting
• Professional experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style (no fog machines)
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
