• Regular preparation of interim financial statements (BWA) and closing preparations for tax advisors and management
• Monitoring of payment transactions and payment deadlines
• Monitoring and control of automatic booking entries
• Posting incoming invoices in the digital workflow and reconciling in DATEV
• Assistance in the preparation of quarterly financial statements

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field or a degree in Business Administration/Taxation
• Professional experience in financial accounting in the construction sector or at a tax advisor's office is advantageous
• Professional experience in the area of VAT-related group organizations (Umsatzsteuer-Organkreis)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Experience with DATEV is advantageous
• Experience in closing quarterly financial statements and various tax types is advantageous
