Accountant (m/w/d) in Part-time / Nuremberg

The GRUNDIG Business Systems GmbH & Co. KG is a mid-sized IT company. We develop and distribute software, hardware, and services for innovative and economic solutions in the field of professional language processing. The focus lies on KI-based speech recognition, where language is automatically converted into text.

Tasks

• You are responsible for the entire accounting, particularly for accounts receivable and payable, sales tax submissions, fixed assets, and travel expense accounting.
• Cash management, forecasts, and reporting are essential components of your tasks.
• You actively participate in preparing monthly and annual statements as well as continuous development of our accounting processes.
• You are a true team player. You work closely with various departments together and ensure a smooth workflow in the finance department.

Qualification

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of experience in accounting
• Prior education as an accountant (IHK) is desirable
• Good knowledge of a common accounting software and MS-Office package
• Team orientation, self-responsibility, and customer-friendly work as well as communication and organizational skills are among your strengths
