As Custom Careers Factory, we accompany you on behalf of our client in filling a position in the field of financial accounting. We are looking for a reliable personality who masters ongoing accounting and enjoys working in a professional, international environment.

You will be part of a finance team that develops modern processes and works with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Tasks

• Processing ongoing financial accounting
• Verification, counting, and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Processing debtor and creditor accounting
• Booking bank, cash, and other business transactions
• Account reconciliation and account clarification
• Support for monthly and annual closings according to HGB
• Preliminary preparation of payment flows and support in payment processing
• Maintenance of master data and accounting-relevant documents
• Collaboration on optimizing processes in financial accounting
• Working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Qualification

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax clerk, industrial clerk, office clerk or comparable
• First to several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Safe handling of ongoing accounting
• Experience in debtor and creditor accounting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
• Good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
• Structured and meticulous working style
• Reliability, team spirit, and joy in clear processes
• Good German language skills, English language skills are a plus
