Job Description

• Processing daily incoming invoices/receipts, including checking according to statutory and internal guidelines
• Responsibility for accounting intercompany transactions
• Support in documenting transfer pricing
• Digital filing of invoices after electronic release process
• Booking invoices via the inventory management system
• Independent maintenance and upkeep of creditor accounts
• Support and participation in monthly and annual closings according to IFRS / HGB

Profile

• SUCCESSFULLY completed vocational training or comparable with first practical experience in the field of creditors accounting
• Pronounced numerical affinity
• Communication strength, international team ability, high flexibility and self-motivation, as well as endurance and willingness to take on tasks
• Problem-solving and process-oriented thinking
• MS Excel skills
• Very good German and English language skills
