Your Task Area

• Responsibility for ongoing processing and recording of supplier invoices as well as travel expense accounts in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Verification of international invoices in the import and export field, including coordination of relevant accounts.
• Organization and implementation of regular payment flows.
• Recording of salary data from various employee groups.
• Maintenance and updating of fixed asset accounting.
• Participation in monthly and annual closings, particularly in the area of provisions and allocations.
• Support for tax reports as well as optimization and digitalization projects in the financial sector.

Your Background

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with further education in finance or accounting.
• Multiple years of professional experience in bookkeeping or the accounting field.
• Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or expense management systems is advantageous.
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills for daily communication.
• Structured, meticulous work style as well as teamwork and stress tolerance.
