Financial Counseling for Women and Families, Part-time, 100% Home Office possible, 2nd Leg

Hi, we are Elisabeth and Lena from Femvestory and would like to especially support women and families in the topic of finances.

To allow our young team to continue growing, we are looking for motivated people who want to start something new in the financial sector.

We want to understand people and accompany them in the long term. Honestly, on an equal footing, and unconditionally.

Tasks

• Counseling and support of women and families in planning and decision-making regarding their finances
• Support for introductory events + presentation of our work
• Development of tailored financial strategies together with us, adjusted to the individual needs and goals of our clients
• Conducting online seminars and workshops on topics such as financial education and investment counseling
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING LONG-TERM CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH REGULAR COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW-UPS
• CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND ADAPTATION TO CURRENT TRENDS IN THE FINANCIAL SECTOR, TO ENSURE COMPETENT COUNSELING AT ALL TIMES

Qualification

• Honesty and the desire to really change things
• Availability and clear communication (even when things get difficult)
• Self-employed and self-responsible work style, good self-organization especially in a home office environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to continuously learn and grow with new challenges.
• You are not afraid to approach people, make phone calls, and actively listen to them.
• You want to build something of your own with support - 2nd leg alongside the main job
