We are looking for a dedicated person who understands finances and organization as part of a larger whole at our team's earliest convenience.

Tasks

You are the financial hub of our project work: You keep track of funds, ensure accounting against funding agencies, and bring order to complex budget structures.

This means:

• Calculation, fund management, and accounting for funding projects
• Bureau organization and internal communication
• Support in planning and conducting project meetings and events

Qualification

• Vocational training in finance, ideally with additional qualification in bookkeeping or controlling
• Experience in project work – knowledge of grant law is a plus, but not a must
• Familiarity with common office applications
• Communication skills in speech and writing
• Reliability, self-responsibility, and attention to detail
