Financial or Accounting Clerk (m/w/d)

The Lebenshilfe Freising sets itself with over 600 employees for people with disabilities, from childhood to old age, a large organization with over 20 different facilities in the entire region of Freising from Moosburg to Eching.

Employment duration: 39 hours / week, full-time, unlimited, at the earliest possible time

Tasks

• Creditor and debtor accounting, asset accounting
• Preparation of monthly and annual statements for our three clients
• Tight cooperation with the auditor
• Clearing open positions
• Reminder process
• Processing incoming and outgoing payments (E-Banking)
• Cash register check and accounting
• VAT prepayment
• Balancing sheet processing
• Special tasks

Qualification

• Recognized vocational training as a financial or accounting clerk – tax consultant – tax manager
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• IT affinity and good MS-Office skills
• Independence and highest care
• Fast learning ability and team-oriented work
• Willingness to adapt to a complex accounting system
• Identification with the Lebenshilfe's mission statement
