Financial & Salary Accountant (m/w/d) - Hybrid | E-Commerce

Paperwork, gone? Accounting, out? Not enough. We're looking for someone who thinks in Fibu and Lohn.

You'll be working in a law firm where DATEV is still like 2010? Papers will be printed, sorted, stapled? Salary accounting runs on demand instead of process?

Your role:

You'll keep our clients' backs free – with clean accounting, punctual salary accounting, and genuine groundwork for the year-end closing. Focus 50/50 Fibu and Lohn.

Tasks

• Financial accounting for fixed clients (Focus: Online trade & services) – completely digital via DATEV Unternehmen Online
• Salary accounting including notification and certification matters
• Preliminary year-end closing activities – account reconciliation, provisions, and separations
• DATEV master data maintenance & digital document processing
• Communication with tax authorities and social security agencies
• Mitdenken. Verbessern. Machen. How you work at our firm:

Qualification

• Completed commercial training or equivalent (e.g., tax clerk, accountant)
• At least 2 years of experience in Fibu and Lohn
• DATEV secure in your grasp – ideally including Unternehmen Online
• Structured, self-employed work style
• Pleasure for digital processes and client contact
