Your Position

To strengthen our finance department, we are looking for a Financial & Accounting Clerk (m/w/d) in part-time or full-time.

In this responsible position, you will – depending on your qualifications and experience – take over tasks in ongoing financial accounting as well as with a focus on balance sheet preparation. You will work closely with controlling, payroll accounting, tax consultants, and our international companies, actively contributing to the further development of our accounting.

Your Tasks

• Ongoing financial accounting (creditors', debtors', and asset accounts)
• Billing all business transactions as well as incoming and outgoing invoices
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets according to HGB (depending on qualifications)
• Responsibility for balance sheet preparation and valuation of business transactions
• Processing of accounting and tax-related questions
• Preparation of value-added tax returns and support with tax-related topics
• Coordination and maintenance of accounts, as well as clarification of discrepancies
• Care and coordination of our international companies
• Implementation of payment flows
• Maintenance and management of master data
• Participation in projects and optimization of processes in accounting
• Closely working with controlling and payroll accounting

Your Profile

• Diploma or degree in a field such as finance, accounting, or tax consulting (m/w/d)
• Multiple years of experience in accounting / financial accounting
• Experience in preparing balance sheets according to HGB is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of DATEV and MS Office
• Structured, self-reliant, and reliable working style
• Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
• Teamwork skills and high sense of responsibility
• Good English language skills in writing and speaking
