Aufgaben

• As an accountant, you are part of the debitoren-creditorenbuchhaltung and contact person for customers and internal employees regarding incoming and outgoing invoices.
• You create outgoing invoices to customers and are a contact person regarding billing.
• You settle intercompany transactions and research tax special topics.
• You monitor claims and maintain accounts in the Fibu.
• You support the creation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• You check, count, and book incoming invoices.
• You settle travel expenses and maintain personnel data.
• You create payment flows, clarify accounts, and manage outstanding items.

Qualifikation

• A completed commercial training, a training as a tax clerk or a comparable training
• First practical work experience in accounting and basic knowledge of taxation
• Basic knowledge of national value-added tax law
• Good communication skills and independent and structured working style
• Fluent German and English language skills
• DATEV knowledge is an advantage
