Job description
MVGM VvE manages more than 3,500 Owners' Associations throughout the Netherlands. As a result, we take care of thousands of clients on technical, administrative, and legal matters. Through our broad service provision, you will work as a Financial Officer in a role with many variations and opportunities for development and growth!
The function:
As a financial officer, you are responsible for the financial reporting for the Owners' Association (VvE). On an administrative level, you are the point of contact for account managers and owners. Daily, you will be busy with the following:
- Financial tasks such as ledger control, checking and approving invoices, assigning bank statements, and preparing annual accounts;
- Contributing to internal and external customer satisfaction and quality goals;
- Contributing to collecting and making available data for management reports;
- Making suggestions for improvement, monitoring processes, and implementing improved processes.
