Financial Project Officer

What will you do:

In this role, you will contribute to the success of our team Project Realization City Heat by ensuring that our financial processes run smoothly and transparently. You will support technical projects within Business Unit Heat NL, where your input directly contributes to reliable reporting and efficient project administration. You will work closely with Project Managers to set up, discuss, and review periodic financial reports, and together keep track of progress and results. Also, you will monitor the correct financial bookings and ensure a thorough closure of projects.

You will get energy from structuring project administration in SharePoint, setting up SAP structures for new city heat projects, and planning work assignments. By open knowledge sharing, you will work with various teams, so that everyone has access to current information. You are successful when our project information is fully and overviewed recorded, allowing colleagues to quickly gain insight into the status and results.

Your main tasks are:

• Monitoring correct financial bookings within ongoing projects
• Setting up and discussing periodic financial reports per Project Manager
• Collaborating on project reviews to improve processes
• Caring for the administrative closure of projects
• Setting up SAP structures, SharePoint administration, and project planning
