Financial/Management Accountant

The office is conveniently located in Mount Wellington, with good access to transport links. The Role We are seeking a blended Financial/Management Accountant to join the team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for a range of accounting duties, encompassing financial and management accounting responsibilities. This is a varied role, where you will be able to add value across the business. Key Responsibilities: * Preparation of monthly financial and management accounts, including variance analysis. * Balance sheet reconciliations. * Budgeting and forecasting. * Assist with the year-end audit. * GST and tax compliance. * Financial analysis and reporting. * Process improvements. * Other ad hoc duties as required. Skills & Experience: * Qualified CA or equivalent. * Strong technical accounting skills. * Experience in financial and management accounting. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in the travel and tourism industry is advantageous.
