Financial Systems Head

Position : Financial Systems Specialist Experience : 6-13 Yrs Job Location : Gurgaon Education Qualification - CA A Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep SAP system and IT Controls experience is required. Role Overview Responsible for ownership and governance of SAP S/4HANA Finance, OBRM, Tarantula system, SOX/IT controls, Audits, Peripheral systems, System interfaces and automation projects. Acts as the bridge between Finance, IT, and external consultants/vendors to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness in financial reporting, risk management, and internal control processes. Key Responsibilities: • SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration, testing, and implementation • OBRM (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report) process optimization • Tarantula system integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance • SOX/IT controls design, implementation, and monitoring • Audits and internal control processes management • Peripheral systems integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance • System interfaces and automation projects development and maintenance. Requirements: • CA A qualification • 6-13 years of experience in financial systems, IT Controls, and SAP system • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance, OBRM, Tarantula system, SOX/IT controls, Audits, Peripheral systems, System interfaces and automation projects • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external consultants/vendors, and stakeholders.
