Financial Specialist | Property Management Department

Job description:

• Issuing invoices;
• Preparing financial reports and settlements;
• Analyzing operational and marketing budget realization;
• Preparing calculations for lease security guarantees;
• Calculating rent rate valuations;
• Tight cooperation with client accounting departments;
• Preparing financial reports for clients and the department;
• Preparing financial documentation for the Property Management Department;
• Cooperation with the collection team regarding receivables and lease security guarantees.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in economics);
• One year of experience in finance;
• Familiarity with invoice issuance process;
• Familiarity with the English language at a good level (spoken and written);
• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel;
• Good organization skills, self-motivation;
• A willingness to solve problems and find solutions;
• Familiarity with SAP program would be an additional asset.

• Creating analyses, visualizations, reports, and dashboards for various business lines;
• Designing and implementing automation in business processes and analytics;
• Familiarity with PowerBI tool.
