Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Operating system Windows About the project We are currently seeking an experienced IT Leader to lead and manage all IT-related activities for the financial subsidiary of Stellantis Financial Services (SFS). This role involves both strategic oversight and operational execution of the company’s IT agenda in alignment with SFS and SIBS group strategies. As an integral part of the local Management Committee, the IT Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the business objectives of the financial subsidiary. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing IT projects and teams. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing an IT strategy aligned with the business objectives of the financial subsidiary; • Leading and managing all IT-related activities for the financial subsidiary; • Collaborating with local Management Committee to ensure alignment with SFS and SIBS group strategies; • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners; • Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure effective management of IT projects and resources; • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
