Tasks
You're not 'in Controlling'. You're the financial nerve center of our projects.
- You're a sparring partner for the management and translate numbers into clear decision-making.
- You develop scalable budget, forecast, and KPI structures that enable real growth.
- You drive the use of modern controlling tools and ensure efficient, data-driven processes.
- You recognize risks early, identify potential, and make finance a strategic lever.
- Short: You don't just steer – you shape.
Qualification
You're not a number cruncher. You're a performance architect.
- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting/controlling, ideally in a dynamic environment.
- Very good understanding of accounting standards and entrepreneurial relationships.
- Digital affinity and enthusiasm for automation and smart tools.
- Fluent German and English, C1 level.
- Ownership mindset, analytical strength, and clear communication.
- You don't just report – you want to generate impact.
