Purpose of the Role Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis plays a crucial role in driving financial strategy, overseeing actuals performance, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans and forecasts that align with business objectives • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform strategic decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement budgetary processes and procedures • Provide expert-level support for financial planning, analysis, and reporting • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Experience with financial planning and analysis software (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle) is a plus.
