Financial Planning and Analysis Associate

Role: FP&A Senior Associate/Associate Experience: 4–7 years (Post CA Qualification) Industry: Manufacturing (Mandatory) Job Summary : The FP&A Senior Associate/Associate will be responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and controllership activities across the organization. The role bridges forward-looking FP&A with strong financial discipline, ensuring consistency between plans, forecasts, and actual results while maintaining robust financial controls and providing insightful data-driven recommendations to drive business decisions. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business value; • Analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to inform strategic decision-making; • Providing timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support management's decision-making; • Maintaining a high level of technical proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools, including Excel, Access, and other relevant software. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; • 4–7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; • Familiarity with financial planning and analysis software and tools (e.g., Hyperion, SAP); • Certification in accounting or finance (CPA, CFA, etc.) is an asset.
