Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist (Business Control)

We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist (Business Control) to join our team. **Mission:** * Contribute to the Group's financial performance by ensuring the reliability and relevance of financial data and analyses, for the needs of all stakeholders (Management, business units, Group Finance). * Support the monthly closing and reporting processes, including variance analysis and commentary. * Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes. * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide relevant analysis. * Collaborate with business units to understand their financial performance and identify areas for improvement. * Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial processes and tools. * Perform ad hoc financial analysis and modeling as needed. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the monthly closing process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data. * Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary. * Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, including the preparation of financial models. * Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business performance. * Collaborate with business units to understand their financial performance and identify areas for improvement. * Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management. * Contribute to the implementation and improvement of financial processes and tools. * Perform ad hoc financial analysis and modeling as needed. **Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role. * Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a plus. **Join us!** The CMA CGM Group is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
